This place is clean, offers views of the city skyline, and is conveniently located near a shopping mall.

In the deluxe twin room, you'll find a small fridge, a TV with satellite channels, and air conditioning 🌬️. The bathroom is quite spacious and has a nice walk-in shower with proper drainage.

The staff is excellent and fairly friendly. The location is favourable, minutes from Low Yat Plaza. It's just next door to the central business district, eateries, malls, and transportation. The hotel is fairly clean and upgraded.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to a popular shopping mall. Plus, we loved the delicious Western dishes served at the restaurant.

The location was perfect, close to shopping centers and restaurants. Within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. The room had a great view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Some areas of the hotel, like the bathroom, were in need of attention. The tiles and toilet flush needed a deep clean.

The breakfast here offers a great variety of delicious food, and all the staff members are very friendly and dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay.

the view from my bedroom was the only amazing thing in the hotel. i had the view of KLCC and the Minara.

Particularly good location for Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to a taxi, shopping malls, bus and metro stations, restaurants, and facilities and the main shopping area. Excellent and attentive people working here. Lovely building and rooms with an ironing board and iron.

Convenient location near shopping areas and MRT station. Friendly staff and efficient room service. Comfortable bed with good amenities including strong water pressure and free bottled water. Functional lobby but not suitable for hanging around. a reliable choice with a loyalty factor.

Actually nil meaning no comment. Feeling comfortable to stay, Capitol or Federal hotel actually my first choice. Only need updated guest profile or records guest stayed records.

I truly enjoyed staying at this fantastic hotel. My room was bright and spacious, equipped with an ironing board, bathroom with iron, shower, hairdryer, and bidet. The hotel is conveniently located near popular food eateries like Jalan Alor, monorail, MRT stations, and shopping malls. I also loved the quick meal options at Fuel Shack Signature nearby. my 3-night stay was enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to the monorail and made it easy for me to explore the main attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me when I had an issue with a lost item. Finally, the rooms may be slightly dated, but they were in good condition and clean, providing me with a comfortable stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any major issues.

The location is perfect for city visit and shopping. The room is comfortable but a bit small. The price is average. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.

Air condition regulation doesn't work properly

As it is part of the larger Federal Hotels which is located as good as next door, one can use all the facilities like swimming pool, etc., which Capitol Hotel does not have.
